A photo has been circulating around of Lil Wayne and Baby kissing each other on the lips. The photo has had everyone talking and questioning whether the two are gay or if it was just a friendly kiss to the close knitted two.

Baby joined New Orleans radio station Q93 DJ Uptown Angela in an interview and told listeners that the picture only expressed parternal love, due to Lil Wayne being like his true son to help clear things up.

“Before I had a child, Wayne and all of them were my children, you heard me? Wayne to me is my son – my first-born son – and that’s what it do for me,” Baby told host Uptown Angela. “That’s my life, that’s my love and that’s my thing. That’s my lil’ son. I love him to death.”

It is stated that the picture surfaced through Gillie The Kid, a former Cash Money artist-turned-rival who admitted to releasing the picture and who also took credit for it’s release. Despite the release of the photo nothing has changed the way Baby works. Baby actually during the course of the interview refrained from calling out names and demeaning anyones character.

“Haters – that’s just life. I don’t even trip off that. I go to the bank in the morning. I can go buy whatever I feel like. So, I don’t even set trip off that,” Baby said. “Can’t nobody live my life, but me and I don’t try to live nobody else’s life.”

Yes, it is happening right before your eyes. MySpace.com which is owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp has introduced its new “audio fingerprinting” technology to block users from uploading copyrighted music to the social networking site, the company said Monday.

NWS, stated that it will review all music files uploaded by members to their online user profiles. Any files uploaded will be ran through a music database from a company called Gracenote Inc.

Many music users have already had their share of experiences with the new audio fingerprinting technology, such a song which is already in the database that carries the name of a registered song will not be allowed to be added as a song upload.

“MySpace is staunchly committed to protecting artists’ rights, whether those artists are on major labels or are independent acts,” said Chris DeWolfe, MySpace chief executive and co-founder.

The company will be cracking down on users who repeatedly attempt to upload copyright music files which they do not have legal rights to or permission from the copyright holder and will be permanently barred from the site which will be a task within itself.

Inaddition to the audio fingerprinting, Myspace has also been removing users who frequently spam and has limited invitations from bogos friends sent to thousands of users at a time.

Will Myspace gradually limit the user-control function of the social networking site and become a corporate tool that will allow News Corp. to market the company’s movies, TV shows and more? Wait and watch!

The King of Pop “Michael Jackson” and Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas is collaborating on new tracks for an upcoming album. Michael Jackson states that he invited the rapper/producer to collaborate on the new tracks where the two met up together at a recording studio in Ireland which he will reveal in an interview that he did with “Access Hollywood” that is said to air sometime Thursday and Friday.

Michael Jackson also stated that he liked what Will.i.am was doing and thought it would be interesting to work with him and wanted to see what kind of chemistry they would have together.

Inaddition to his collaboration with Will.i.am, Michael Jackson also states that he plans on releasing a new album sometime in 2007 which will be produced by a Bahrain-based record label. No title for the album is available as of yet.

Although Sean “P. Diddy” Combs says that fashion model Kim Porter is that woman he will marry, he’s steering very clear of it right now.

“I don’t want to make that pledge in front of God and not be able to see it all the way out. I didn’t grow up around a married family, so it’s taking me a bit longer.

“A lot of guys out there get married, and they still do their thing. I don’t want to get married and fail.”

As many may know, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs can’t find it in his heart to marry his long-time girlfriend Kim Porter who’s currently pregnant with his twin girls. The two already have a son together named Christian who’s eight years old son.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs and Kim Porter’s relationship has been a roller coaster for the past 10 years. Kim Porter has stayed on the side lines while Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has went through his fling of women. Earlier reports state that Kim Porter was there for the year that he was with singer/actress Jennifer Lopez and stated she knew that he was going to come back to her and she wasn’t going anywhere.

While numerous Hollywood sources call Kim Porter pathetic for letting him cheat on her right and left for the past 10 years, is P. Diddy on to something with the growth in divorces or does he know that he can have his way as long as she let’s him?

According to sources, rapper Eminem “Marshall Mathers” made a special appearance Friday on Sirius Satellite Radio’s Shade 45 Station to celebrate its second year on the air.

It was stated that Eminem officially did a count down of his all-time favorite hip-hop artists and their songs on Lord Sear and Rude Jude’s Shade 45 program “The All Out Show.” Eminem was said to have revealed the artists that had a big impact and influence on his career the most.

Once again rapper Snoop Dogg “Calvin Broadus” has had a few problems with the law. Thursday, Snoop Dogg was arrested at Bob Hope Airport on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a gun and transportation of marijuana, police said.

Snoop Dogg was arrested by officers from the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena Airport Authority Police Department at around 3:45 p.m. sources state after they approached him for an alleged vehicle code violation in the passenger loading and unloading zone, according to Burbank police Sgt. Kevin Grandalski.

Officers said they soon discovered a gun and marijuana in Broadus’ vehicle, said Burbank police Lt. Omar Rodriguez. Broadus was taken to the Burbank Police Station Jail where he was booked on gun and drug charges, Grandalski said.

Broadus was released on $35,000 bail. Arraignment is scheduled for Monday in Burbank Superior Court, Grandalski said.

Orange County prosecutors were deciding Thursday whether to file charges against Broadus for allegedly trying to bring a banned collapsible police baton aboard a plane.

Broadus had the baton in his computer bag when he entered the airport for a flight to New York, said Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Airport security workers said they spotted an object in the bag and were initially unsure of what it was, Amormino said.

The collapsible baton, expanded from 8 inches to 21 inches, and is classified as a dangerous weapon and is illegal to possess and “definitely illegal to bring on a plane,” Amormino said.

Broadus, 35, said he did not know the object was illegal to carry and said it was to be a prop in a video he was to tape in New York, Amormino said.

The baton was confiscated and Snoop Dogg was allowed to continue his flight.

Currently Snoop Dogg is working an album with music producer/rapper Dr. Dre.

Black Eyed Peas Will.i.am, signed on as Head of Marketing for Musicane, “an online service that provides content creators and producers with the capability to market, virally distribute and sell digital content directly from their own Web sites, blogs and online social networks,” according to a statement.

According to sources during TNT’s new ad campaign for the National Basketball Association starring Jay-Z, the rapper and businessman gets the final say, which is not about the coming season, but about his coming CD, “Kingdom Come.”

The ads are all similar: Jay-Z, a part owner of the Nets, rides around Manhattan in the back seat of a luxurious limousine while he discusses subjects that are common to music and basketball like rivalry, success, the spotlight and stardom. But his remarks are as much about his career as they are about anyone else’s.

There are short clips of N.B.A. stars, but the focus is on Jay-Z, not Allen Iverson, Dwyane Wade, Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul or Steve Nash. Last season, the misguided Ali G character created by Sacha Baron Cohen shared screen time with several players in TNT’s ads, and, in the previous two seasons, children, players and TNT’s “Inside the NBA” announcers interacted.

“We looked at Jay-Z as a part owner, with a high profile, who has great passion for basketball, which fit our objectives,” said Jenny Storms, the senior vice president for marketing and programming of Turner Sports.

At the end of five of the promotional ads, an electronic signboard promotes the opening night of the season, which is Tuesday, and displays the logos of the N.B.A. and TNT.

Then, after a short break for more of Jay-Z’s philosophizing, up flashes “There Is Only One” — a slogan for the release of the CD, Jay-Z’s first album since he ended his retirement — and “11.21.06,” the release date.

In the sixth ad, the logos and Jay-Z’s slogan share the screen. Some of the ads will run well beyond 11.21.

“We wanted someone like Jay-Z to express the truth about TNT and N.B.A. on Thursday nights,” Storms said, referring to the “Let the Truth Be Told” slogan that has been extended into its fourth season.

Jay-Z is stated not to be receiving a fee for his stint on TNT, Storms told sources. But he will get untold amounts of free publicity for “Kingdom Come,” while TNT will receive the benefit of connecting a rap superstar with a rap-friendly sport.

Nets fans will receive Jay-Z’s new cd for buying tickets of $85 and up for each of the team’s first three home games. The hundreds who have so far purchased the tickets have yet to receive the CD.

The CD is said to be available November 21st.

While surfing the web one night, The Game “Jayceon Taylor” decided to type in the name of the sister who he states he hasn’t seen since he was a child – and was astonished to find she is a myspacer too.

“MySpace is dope, man. I recently found my sister that I haven’t seen since she was three years old on MySpace, I typed in her name, and the shit pops up.”

No one has any other information at this time, but The Game’s album “Game’s Doctor’s Advocate” is slated to be in stores November 14.

Has Snoop Dogg lost his mind or did he totally forget to remove the baton from his bag prior to boarding a San Franciso flight? What ever the case may be, prosecutors are considering charges against rap singer Snoop Dogg after authorities discovered the 21-inch collapsible baton in his bags as he boarded the San Francisco-bound flight, authorities said Tuesday.

Snoop Dogg “Calvin Broadus” who is 35-year-old, had the baton in his laptop case as he went through a security checkpoint at John Wayne Airport on Sept. 27, sheriff’s spokesman Jim Amormino said.

District attorney’s spokeswoman Farrah Emami said her office received the sheriff’s report on Monday of the incident.
