The IRS clamped down on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Justin’s Restaurant in Atlanta citing that the hip hop music mogul owed $7,373 in federal taxes.

According to Robert Snell of The Detroit News, the IRS filed the lien against Justin’s Restaurant which is named after his son on May 18, 2009 in the New York Department of State.

According to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ spokesperson, errors are the cause as to why the problem even occurred. It is stated that the notices were sent to the old corporate address in New York even though they have the new one on file, which reportedly hasn’t been used in nearly 10 years. In addition, tax payments to IRS were underpaid by the company that handles payroll tax payments for 2007.

In the end, the The Tax Watchdog notified Combs’ office and a check was written promptly and should have landed in their hands prior to the weekend.
