Snoop Dogg Opens Up the NYSE on Wall Street!!

LBC rapper and entrepreneur, Snoop Dogg hosted an event and opened the NYSE on Wall Street Monday afternoon.

Snoop Dogg, real name Cordazar Calvin Broadus, 38, rang the bell on Monday afternoon opening the New York Stock Exchange. There he hosted the 2nd Annual Mentoring Madness Event and gave a speech on mentoring and entrepreneurship along with Founder and Chief Shoe Giver of Tom Shoes, Blake Mycoskie, Steven Hanson Founder and President of B. R. Guest Restaurants and Chairman and CEO of Starwood Capital Group, Barry Sternlicht.

Lead by CNBC’s Maria Bartiromo, participants took part in a global webcast discussing entrepreneurship.

“This is a great opportunity to explore entrepreneurship with true success stories in business. I am delighted to talk financial literacy to the next generation of entrepreneurs and investors. We’ll hear the pivotal points in their business plan development, their major influences, the steps they took to take their ideas to the next level and the resources they used to start a new enterprise and achieve their dreams,” Bartiromo said on Monday.

“Mentoring Madness” took place November 16th at 9:45am to 11:00am.
