Brittany Murphy Full Autopsy Report Released, Death Accidental: Drugs Revealed

Brittany Murphy’s full autopsy report was released on Thursday by the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office and revealed a number of medications in her stomach which were not illegal.
According to the the L.A. Coroner’s Office, the late actress and singer’s stomach and system was found to have traces of Propranolol, Hydrocodone, Phenazopyridine, Fluoxetine, Dextromethorphan, and Chlorpheniramine in it. Methamphetamines were found in her urine, blood and heart.
On last month, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com, Britney Murphy died from multiple causes which included having community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication.
Brittany Murphy’s death at age 32 was ruled as accidental.
