Oxygen Channel’s hit series the ‘Bad Girls Club’ will relocate to Miami for it’s fifth season moving from Los Angeles.

The ‘Bad Girls Club’ will jump it’s fifth season off straight from Miami, FL. with a bang and a batch of new Bad Girls. This comes after the cable network, Oxygen, set a record in the 18-49 demo with 1.4 million viewers and over 2 million veiwers of this particular show. The ‘Bad Girls Club is up 67% in demo since it’s 3rd season.

Executive producer Jon Murray of Bunim-Murray Productions tells the Daily Variety that the online interaction that comes with show has helped dramatically.

“When the ‘Bad Girls Club’ first went on Oxygen, it was sort of a little island to itself, and it was before NBC bought the network. I think we’ve just seen Oxygen as a network really rev it up in terms of its marketing and promotion. Also, their digital tie-ins to the show have been really helpful,” says Jon Murray.

Murray believes that the move to Miami should further invigorate the show.

A rep for the network offers this statement:

“Our audience has made ‘Bad Girls Club’ our biggest hit ever on air and on line and it keeps getting bigger, week to week, season to season. So what better spot to continue the party than in Miami?”

In regards to last season, the Bad Girls Club Season 4 – The Reunion Show 2 with Perez Hilton did not go too well with fights and more breaking out like on a ‘bad day’ or should we say a ‘good day’ at Jerry Springer! Watch the video clips below!
