The former call girl whose sex scandal forced New York Governor Eliot Spitzer to resign, has surfaced in an 8-page magazine spread in Playboy and you know they had to get an interview as well!

Ashley Dupre, ex-New York Governor Elliot Spitzer’s mistress/call girl — you know the one that caused him to resign after the nation learned he was having an affair with her while married to his wife, Silda Wall Spitzer, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com, will be featured in an upcoming issue of Playboy magazine that will hit news stands on April 16th.

Dupre is featured in an 8 page spread in the men’s magazine who conducted an interview as well. In the interview Dupre talks about how she became a call girl, the Spitzer scandal, and what she thinks of Tiger Woods’ mistresses.

According to Dupre, people call her the girl who brought down the governor of New York, but she insists that he actually brought her down. Dupre added to her statement that she was an escort and says, “As much as I wish I could make that go away, I can’t.”

Ashley Dupre states that she watched her singing career flash before her eyes and the hurt of the former governor wife’s eyes which made her feel as if she had jumped off a building. “I couldn’t breathe. I was dead,” adds Dupre.

According to the Daily News, Dupre became a call-girl after a man at a nightclub offered her $1,000 to go home with him for the night.

“I was like, ‘Wow, a thousand dollars sounds good, but I was scared.”

Dupre is no longer in the escort business, she is now a relationship advice columnist for the New York Post and doesn’t regret leaving her old line of work.

Ashley Dupre states that a person doesn’t grow up and say that they want to be an escort. Being an escort looks to be the easy way out, but if you listen to Dupre, you’re only sacrificing your brain and your identity.

“It’s emotionally damaging. It’s definitely not like something in the movies,” says Dupre.
