Eminem is stated to back in the studio and is working on new tracks with Dr. Dre. In addition, the rapper has hired a trainer and is getting into shape after having a chill moment and packing on a few pounds of weight. His album is expected to be out at the end of the year or sometime early next year.

According to NY Post, rapper Eminem has a new girlfriend who reportedly looks just like his ex-wife Kim Mathers.

A source tells NY Post: “Marni works at FBT Studios in Michigan where Eminem records. She is the spitting image of Kim and he is smitten with her.

“She has dumped her boyfriend, who she has been with for four years to be with him.”

According to The Detroit News, Eminem will not be dropping a project this year despite recent rumors and the launching of the site kingmathers.com which fails to redirect to a forum.

Eminem’s Interscope Records publicist, Dennis Dennehy, said Tuesday “It’s not true” and called kingmathers.com “bogus.” There is no Eminem album on any release schedule,” he added.

Eminem and his music publisher has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Apple for the second time.

According to The Detroit News, the lawsuit was filed Monday in the US District Court in Detroit, and states that Apple is violating copyright by selling Eminem’s music through iTunes.

The lawsuit is stated to may prove to be a conflict with the Eminem’s label, Universal, rather than Apple.

Eminem’s music publisher and copyright manager, Eight Mile Style and Martin Affiliated, claim Apple isn’t permitted to sell music by the artist because Eminem has not agreed to grant his label, Universal, the rights to sell such music and never authorized Universal to allow the downloads. (more…)

Reportedly the ex-wife of Eminem, Kim Mathers, may be pregnant with his second child. MediaTakeOut reported that they have been receiving several reports and hearing whispers (rumors) that Eminem and his on-again-off-again wife have reconciled. The two share joint custody of their daughter Hailie Jade Mathers, while reports state that Eminem has full custody of Kim Mathers sister’s daughter, Alaina Marie Scott (Laney).

In 2004, Eminem’s former nanny Jennifer Watkins aka Jennifer Pacheco and the cousin of Kim Mathers stated that she had a secret affair with the rapper while he was divorcing in 2001 and got pregnant by the rapper.

Kim Mathers, 32, had an exclusive interview with “20/20′s” JuJu Chang to set the record straight about her perceived image and her near 20-year relationship with rap star Eminem “Marshall Mathers”.

“Money is great, but it doesn’t make your husband stay at home with you,” said Mathers. “Or sleep in the same bed with you … Him being on the road and on tour … that was like the big one. I mean … constant infidelities, all the time,” she said.

After starting off in a relationship (on again and off again) since the age of 13, (Eminem, 15) Kim Mathers stated that Eminem and herself vowed to always protect each other no matter what. When he didn’t have a place to stay she would walk the street with him until she knew he had somewhere to live and he would be there for her.

According to reports hip-hop rapper Eminem (Marshall Mathers), 34, has divorced from wife Kimberley Mathers, 31, for the second time. The couple re-wedded on January 14, 2006 and immediately filed for divorce three months later which has now been finalized.

Eminem made an out-of-court settlement with his ex-wife during a hearing at Detroit’s Macomb County Circuit Court on December 19, 2006.

Chief Judge Antonio P. Viviano said: “They conducted themselves with dignity and respect.”

The couple will be sharing custody of their daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, who will be eleven years-old on Christmas Day, December 25.

No information is known whether or not if Kim was granted the financial support and legal fees she’d been seeking from Eminem.

According to sources, rapper Eminem “Marshall Mathers” made a special appearance Friday on Sirius Satellite Radio’s Shade 45 Station to celebrate its second year on the air.

It was stated that Eminem officially did a count down of his all-time favorite hip-hop artists and their songs on Lord Sear and Rude Jude’s Shade 45 program “The All Out Show.” Eminem was said to have revealed the artists that had a big impact and influence on his career the most.
