Keyshia Cole’s BET Reality Series ‘The Way It Is’ Brings In Record Numbers
On Keyshia Cole’s reality series which premiered last week for it’s third season, the singer talks about getting healthy and fit for her new album “A Different Me” and hiring a nutritionist and chef. Season three of “The Way It Is” continues to follow Keyshia, her sister Neffe and mother Frankie who all start to discover their own personal paths and worth.
Keyshia Cole takes fans on a journey with her in the studio in which she works with the President Ron Fair at A&M Records and record producer Polow Da Don for her album “A Different Me”. They all talk about her songs, how relationships bring about songs, her ‘pimpin’ being off and more. The singer also attempts to put her foster mother Yvonne together with her biological mother Frankie to spend time together and mend their differences, but as always it results in arguments over Keyshia.

Keyshia Cole Set To Release “Just Like You”, Pays Tribute To Nortorious B.I.G. on New CD
Oakland native Keyshia Cole, is set to release the follow up to her platinum-selling debut, “The Way It Is” with “Just Like You” on Geffen Records on September 18, 2007.
The R&B/Hip-Hop singer recently released her first video single, “Let It Go,” featuring Missy Elliot and Lil’ Kim on BET’s “Access Granted” July 11th which was produced by Elliot. The song is a tribute to the late Nortorious Big (Biggie Smallz).
“We hooked it up,” she told MTV about the song. “As soon as I heard ['Let It Go'], I was like, ‘That one, I want that one right there.’ And it’s hot. It’s Biggie’s remake to ['Juicy'], so I had to do it.”

Keyshia Cole Finishes Album, New Track feat. Lil Kim and Missy Elliott ‘Let It Go’
Keyshia Cole is reported to have finished working on her second album, “Just Like You” and now has a brand new track has surfaced titled “Let It Go” featuring Missy Elliot and Lil Kim with a remake of “Juicy Fruit” with a twist. Sources tell HipHopRX that we should expect feature appearances from R.Kelly, Young Jeezy, Anthony Hamilton, Keith Sweat, 50 Cent, Oliva John Legend, Jagged Edge and production from DJ Clue, Tony! Toni! Toné!!, Trackstarz, a guest appearance from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and others.
Sources also expect the album to release July 23, 2007, but it’s subject to change.
