As we reported a few months back C-Murder’s conviction was set to go before an appeals court. His case was recently on the docket in a Louisiana appeals court where it was upheld.
C-Murder, whose real name is Corey Miller, is the brother of Percy Miller, also known as Master P.
Lil’ Boosie and C-Murder are both incarcerated at Angola Prison, and the pair are constantly trying to support one another to get through their ordeals.
The verdict on whether or not C-Murder will be granted a third appeal for allegedly murdering a 16-year-old in x, is only a month away, according Tru Records labelmate M-11.
The rapper, who’s currently serving a life sentence, has now appealed for a new trial.
